Reports can be made, by name or anonymously, via the multilingual platform "integrity line Eiffage", accessible in all countries where the Group has branches, on a computer or smartphone via the URL https://eiffage.integrityline.org/

They are managed by the manager of the Group's whistleblowing hotline, or the manager of the local whistleblowing hotline.

All reports can also be passed directly to Smulders at ethics@smulders.com.

Thanks to Eiffage's whistleblower hotline, we are able to promptly address reports and follow up thoroughly. This includes providing a written acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days, conducting investigations, implementing corrective actions, and closing the file, along with taking protective measures. It is a given that we handle all reports with the utmost confidentiality.
These instruments are regularly updated to align with the regulations that govern the Group's activities both in France and internationally.
