Inch Cape cable deck lifted

The final piece of the Inch Cape offshore substation jacket foundation has now been put in place with the lift of its cable deck.
The lift, carried out safely by Sarens at our Wallsend yard, tops off the fabrication work that started in early 2023. Both the jacket foundation and the Siemens Energy Offshore Transformer Module (OTM®) will be installed at the North Sea site off the coast of Angus in late summer this year.
