In joint venture, Sif and Smulders have secured a contract with ScottishPower Renewables for the supply of 64 transition pieces. Sif will supply the 64 monopiles.

Equinor and Polenergia owned joint venture companies leading the development of the Bałtyk 2 and 3 offshore wind farms, located in the Baltic Sea, have signed a contract with the consortium of Smulders and Sif for the manufacturing of 100 transition pieces for both projects.

Ørsted awarded Smulders the contract to fabricate and supply secondary steel components for the Hornsea 3 wind farm. 

Commissioned by Equinor, Smulders manufactures 54 transition pieces (TPs) for the first part of the Empire Wind Offshore Wind Farm. This wind farm will be built off the coast of New York, south of Long Island.

Smulders is currently fabricating 76 transition pieces (TPs) for the very first wind farm of Poland, called Baltic Power. 

In a consortium with Sif, Smulders contributed to build the largest offshore wind farm in the world: Dogger Bank. Together we produced 277 monopiles and transition pieces (TPs).
