On Saturday 21 May we welcomed more than 1,500 neighbours, Smulders' employees and their families and friends in Hoboken for our open day. Besides a guided tour at Smulders, visitors could also visit the neighbouring Equans yard where we are currently building no less than 4 substations!
On both yards, we created unique and impressive tours with lots of fun activities along the way. Like for example a kids jump or operating a kamag for our smallest visitors, or a high altitude trail in the dry dock and a sky view, which took visitors up to 50 m high for a spectacular view of our site and surroundings!
