Smulders is proud to announce that production on the final transition piece (TP) for the Dogger Bank Wind Farm has officially begun in Hoboken! Since March 2021, Smulders, in partnership with Sif, has been constructing a total of 277 transition pieces for the world's largest offshore wind farm.
The Dogger Bank Wind Farm, a groundbreaking project developed by SSE Renewables, Equinor, and Vårgrønn, will generate clean electricity for 6 million homes in the UK annually, marking a major step towards a greener, more sustainable future.
