Your journey as a new welder at Smulders Projects starts at our welding academy - an essential introduction in welding.
As a welder you will be trained and challenged in 8 specialized rooms with production quality material. All the necessary techniques will be taught.
Each weld is subjected to thorough testing and inspection by our experienced welding engineers along with the welder himself. This hands-on approach not only ensures compliance with inspection criteria, but also provides valuable learning opportunities. This allows welders to improve their skills and results.
Once welders are ready for production, they have a minimum set of certifications to start working. Our welders are always welcome to further develop their skills in the welding academy. Our doors are always open, giving them the opportunity to continually grow and improve their techniques.
