Another milestone reached at Smulders!
On April 18th, the 1,500th Transition Piece (TP) was loaded at the Smulders yard in Hoboken. This TP will be installed at the Hohe See Offshore Wind Farm in the German North Sea.
In 2001 Smulders started with the production of Transition Pieces. 13 years later, we reached the milestone of 1,000 TP. In just 3,5 years’ time, we were able to produce another 500 TPs, congratulations to all those involved!
